One place for every case, and far less stress for your team.

Casepoint keeps each case together, reminds you what's due and records who has seen what.

Deadlines you don't have to remember

Each case type comes with its steps ready. Deadlines count working days, so weekends don't eat into them.

The right people, and only them

Choose who sees each case. Restrict one, and only the HR staff named on it can open it.

Reports without the spreadsheet

Cases opened and closed, case mix and time to close, whenever you need them.

Follow one grievance from start to finish.

Drag through Sam's grievance, from the first email to the closed record.

Wed 2 September

Sam's written grievance arrives.

Alex opens GRV-0012 in a minute. The seven steps are ready, each with a deadline in working days.

Weise checks the case. You decide.

Weise is the AI built into Casepoint. Ask it to brief you on a case, check it against the Acas Code and your policies, or answer a question, and it names the record or rule behind every point.

See how Weise works

Security built for the most sensitive cases at work.

HR cases hold some of the most personal information in any organisation. Casepoint's protections are built into its database, not just its screens.

Two-factor sign-in, always

Everyone signs in with a password and a code from an authenticator app, and the database checks for it on every request. A stolen password alone opens nothing.

A log nobody can edit

Case views, downloads and changes are recorded in an activity log that nobody can edit or delete, not even us. It names cases by reference only.

Stored in London

Case data and documents are stored in the UK, in London, and Weise runs there too.

Permissions enforced by the database

Each company's data is kept apart, and roles, case visibility and restricted cases are checked by the database itself. Over 1,000 automated tests try to break these rules every time the database changes.

Never used to train AI

Your cases are never used to train AI models, by us or by Amazon Web Services, which runs Weise in London and keeps nothing it's sent.

Encrypted in transit and at rest

Everything is encrypted when stored, and browsers are told never to connect to Casepoint without HTTPS.

Questions, answered.

Who is Casepoint for?

UK HR teams that handle employee relations cases: disciplinaries, grievances and appeals, performance and capability, sickness absence and investigations. Only HR staff sign in. Employees and managers don't need accounts.

How does Casepoint follow the Acas Code?

Disciplinary, grievance, appeal and capability cases come with ready-made steps that follow the Acas Code of Practice on Disciplinary and Grievance Procedures. Absence and investigation cases follow Acas guidance, because the Code doesn't cover them. You can adapt the steps to your own process, and Weise's risk check compares each case against the Code and your own policies.

Does Weise make decisions about cases?

No. Weise summarises, checks and answers questions, citing the records and guidance behind each point. It never recommends an outcome: not whether an allegation is made out, what sanction fits or how a case should end. Nothing it suggests is saved until someone on your team approves it. Your admins choose which roles can use Weise, and can see what it's been used for.

Is our data used to train AI?

No. Your cases are never used to train AI models, by us or by Amazon Web Services, which runs Weise in London and keeps nothing it's sent. Weise only runs when someone asks it to, reads one case at a time, and each use is logged by case reference, without the question or answer.

What is the Casepoint pilot programme?

An early-access programme for a small group of UK HR teams, opening soon. Pilot teams get Casepoint and Weise set up for their own processes, support built into the app, with live chat 9am–10pm every day and email replies within 24 hours, and a real say in what we build next. It's free for the length of the pilot. Register your interest and we'll be in touch when places open.
