Nothing during the pilot. Prices are set after the pilot starts, and pilot teams get 50% off their first paid year. Nothing is charged until you've agreed new terms, and paid plans are billed by invoice, not by card.

Register your interest with the form on this site. We'll show you Casepoint in a demo, then send a setup link for your company. Whoever opens it creates your company's account, becomes its Admin and invites colleagues from there. Nobody signs up on their own: every company starts with a demo.

Yes. A demo company, Brightwater Distribution, comes full of fictional staff and cases at every stage, with Weise switched on. It lasts 30 days, then deletes itself. Your real company is set up separately.

Nothing locks or deletes itself when the pilot ends. You carry on as normal under the pilot terms, and nothing is charged until you've agreed new ones. We'll give you at least 14 days' notice before any charge. Billing is by invoice. If you decide not to continue, you have 30 days to download everything.

Yes. Either side can end the pilot with 30 days' notice, and you then have 30 days to download everything. After that your data is deleted within 7 days, and from backups within 7 more.
