How it works
One record for every case, from first note to final outcome.
Every change is dated and in order, and you add events such as a meeting.

Steps and deadlines
Deadlines you don't have to remember
Each case copies its steps when it opens, so changing your templates never changes a case already under way. Steps get due dates and are ticked off as you go.
Deadlines count working days, Monday to Friday, and any step can use calendar days instead.
The case record
The whole case in one record
Add the people involved and how: the person raising the concern, a witness, the investigator. The timeline records changes as they happen, and you add dated events such as a meeting.
Notes show who wrote them and when. Documents can be up to 50 MB each: PDFs, Word and Excel files, emails, images and audio.
Who sees what
The right people, and only them
Choose how your company shares cases: assigned people plus restricted cases, the whole HR team, or assigned people only. Restrict any case, and only the HR staff named on it can open it.
A case you can't see doesn't exist for you: it isn't listed, searched or counted. Roles decide what each person can do: Admin, Case manager and Viewer, or your own from 15 permissions.
Every day
Your day at a glance
Home shows the steps due, the cases waiting on you and what's changed, on widgets you arrange yourself.
Analytics shows cases opened and closed, case mix, time to close and team workload. Search (⌘K) finds cases, people and pages.
Closing and keeping
Closed properly. Kept on your terms
Closing a case needs an outcome and makes it read-only. Someone with permission can reopen it, and legal hold stops a case from being deleted.
You set retention periods by case type and outcome. When a closed case reaches its date, an admin chooses to keep, anonymise or delete it. Nothing is deleted automatically.
