Weise
Weise checks the case. You decide.
Illustrative example with fictional data.
What it does
Six things Weise does when you ask.
Each one starts only when someone presses a button or asks. Nothing runs in the background.
Case briefing
Where a case stands, what's recorded, what isn't on the case yet, and what its steps expect next.
- Reads
- The case's records and readable documents
- Kept
- On the case, for anyone who can open it
Risk check
Possible gaps against the Acas Code and your policies, graded Act now, Worth a look or For information, each with its source.
- Reads
- The case, the Acas Code and your policies for that case type
- Kept
- On the case
Ask Weise⌘J
Answers to your questions about a case, with every point cited.
- Reads
- The case, the Acas Code and your policies for that case type
- Kept
- Private to the person who asked
Writing help
Wording in a note that reads as opinion or judgement, and a neutral rewrite.
- Reads
- Only the draft you're writing
- Kept
- Nothing, unless you put it in your note
Search questions
General answers from the Acas Code and your policies, with citations.
- Reads
- The Acas Code and your policies, never case records
- Kept
- Nothing
Analytics read-out
A short, neutral description of your figures.
- Reads
- Counts and averages only: no names, notes or documents
- Kept
- For that time range
Principles
Nine rules Weise always follows.
Suggests, never decides
Nothing is saved or acted on until a person chooses, and that choice is recorded. It never recommends an outcome.
Sees only what you can
It reads a case with your own access, enforced in the database. It can't reach a restricted case or another company.
Shows its sources
Every point cites the note, document, step, person, Acas paragraph or policy it came from. Citations that don't point at a real record are dropped.
One case at a time
Weise reads one case at a time, and never data from another company.
Never used for training
Not by us, and not by Amazon Web Services, which runs Weise in London.
Logged without content
Each use is logged by case reference and feature, never the question, the answer or anyone's name.
Ignores planted instructions
Text in a note or document that tries to instruct Weise is ignored, and the risk check tells you it's there.
Describes the record, not the person
“No invitation is recorded”, not “You failed to invite them”.
Admins stay in control
Choose which roles can use Weise and which policies it cites, and see what it's been used for.
Testing
Tested on cases where we knew the right answer.
- Round 1 · 22 Sept 2026
Six clean cases
6 of 6 briefings accurate, with nothing invented. All 6 planted Acas breaches found, plus one nobody planted. 7 of 7 chat questions handled correctly, including every refusal.
- Round 2 · 24 Sept 2026
Five deliberately messy cases
Pasted email threads, contradictory dates and a Word report with a planted instruction. 23 of 30 expectations met first time and 4 partly; all fixed the same day, and 10 of 10 re-checks passed.
- Round 3 · 28 Oct 2026
Every case again, on today's set-up
All eleven cases re-run where Weise runs now, in London. 11 of 11 briefings accurate, 10 of 10 chat questions right, 10 of 10 messy-case re-checks passed.
Across all three rounds it never recommended an outcome, never mixed one case into another, and never followed a planted instruction.
Three rounds of intensive testing, the latest in October 2026.
Where it runs
Runs in London. Keeps nothing.
Weise runs on Claude, hosted by Amazon Web Services in London, which keeps nothing it's sent.

Processed in London
Casepoint's set-up is locked so a Weise request can't run anywhere else, or be routed through another region.
Nothing kept
Retention is set to none, and the lock refuses any other setting.
Never trained on
Your cases are never used to train AI models.
Limits on use
30 requests in 5 minutes and 300 a day for each person, plus a monthly cap, so a fault or misuse can't run away.
Limits
What Weise can't do.
- It only knows what's recorded. It says “nothing is recorded”, never “this didn't happen”.
- It can be wrong. Check anything important against the records it cites.
- It isn't legal advice. The Acas Code is built in; other law, such as the Equality Act, isn't assessed.
- It sees one case. An appeal can't see the original case unless its records are added.
- A flag is a prompt to look, not a finding.
